Airflow customer airbox
To establish the existing airflow, if not within the required parameters we will fit new trumpets and/or an airfeed cuff to improve the airflow reading. Any components supplied will incur an additional charge. Cost includes vat @ 20%
Chassis Jig
Checking of chassis dimensions and angles, straightening to within set tolerances if out of tolerance. Please NOTE - any cracks found during the inspection can be welded at an additional charge. Price includes vat @ 20%
Dyno test engine/carb/airbox/coil/exhaust
Want to optimise your engines performance ? We can provide you with data to show your current set up performance and optimise it by matching the best combination of any ancillaries you have. Cost is per engine. Cost includes vat @ 20%.
Full Engine Rebuild
Full rebuild of your Rotax engine. Parts include crankshaft repair kit, press/refit crankshaft, re-align crank ,2 x main bearings,full seal/gasket set, piston/ring,small end cage,piston pin,cir-clips,balance shaft, XPS gear oil, airbox element, dyno run in/test. Engine returned ready to race. Cost includes vat @ 20% please supply your engine into the workshop with carb,coil,engine mount and clutch drum.
Intermax engine hire
Intermax Engine hire-engine supplied ready to race with engine mount, radiator, coil and 13T clutch drum. Carburettor and airflowed airbox can be supplied at an additional cost please advise your requirements when confirming your booking. Cost is per day
Junior engine hire
Junior engine hire - engine supplied ready to race with engine mount, radiator,coil and 12T clutch drum. Carb and airflowed airbox can be supplied at an additional cost. Please advise your requirements when confirming your booking. Cost is per day.
Kart build up
Full kart buildup from bare new chassis or used chassis after being straightened by Kartal (see Service list for associated costs). Price includes vat @ 20%.
Micromax engine hire
Engine hire - MicroMax engine will come ready to race. Supplied with radiator, engine mount, coil and 14T clutch drum. Carburettor and airflowed airbox can be supplied at an extra cost. Please advise your requirements when confirming you booking. Cost is per day.
Plasma Junior type cylinder and relocated piston
To supply and fit new revised Rotax plasma cylinder and relocated piston for Micro/Inter/Junior classes. Includes hone, dyno run in and test.
Plasma Senior cylinder and relocated piston upgrade.
This service is to upgrade your current Senior engine with the latest Plasma coated Senior cylinder. Includes the fitment of a relocated piston, small end bearing and pin. Also includes the supply of the additional gaskets required when upgrading to the plasma cylinder. Hone and Dyno run in/test included.
Powder Coating
Paint strip and degrease of chassis prior to powder coating in your choice of paint.PLEASE NOTE - price displayed is MAX cost your actual invoice could be lower as it depends on your choice of colour. Not sure what colour you need ? No problem give us a call to discuss any special colours you’d like to use. We recommend having your chassis jig checked prior to re-coating. Price includes VAT @ 20%
Senior engine hire
Senior engine hire - engine supplied ready to race with engine mount,radiator,coil and 12T clutch drum. Carb and airflowed airbox can be supplied at an additional cost. Confirm your requirements when confirming your booking. Cost of hire is per day.
Top Engine Rebuild
Top end service - recommended after circa 8-10 hours race run time. Parts supplied include piston/ring, small end cage,piston pin, circlips, 2 x cylinder base gaskets, XPS gear oil, reed housing gasket, dyno run in test. Engine returned ready to race.
